By surprise I found a fox den with 4 kits beside my favourite hiking trail in Goodrich Loomis Conservation Area near Brighton Ontario. I love this shot because it shows the curiosity of the kits as they gathered, one by one, by the entrance of their den and peeked out at me through the fresh spring greenery. This is a fun shot because two of the kits are immediately obvious, and the other two are partially hidden and ask us to take a closer look. It is fascinating to me that each fox has different facial features and a unique expression.
